Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy covers omniscient-app.fr. It sets out what we collect when you write to us or browse these pages, what we do with it, and the rights you hold under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Data controller

QUENTAI, a French single-member limited liability company, trade register RCS Saint-Étienne 942 649 294, which publishes this site under the trading name Omniscient. 8 chemin des Vignes, 42600 Lézigneux, France Email: dpo@omniscient-app.fr QUENTAI is not required to appoint a data protection officer. This address is the dedicated point of contact for any question about your data.

What we collect

Through the contact form: • first and last name • work email address • company name and headcount • role and message, both optional Every other field is needed to handle your request. Without them we cannot answer it. Through traffic measurement: • pages viewed and time on site • device and browser type • country of connection • the site or search engine you arrived from Your IP address is used only transiently, to tell two visits apart within a single day. It is never stored. No advertising profile is built, and no data is ever sold.

Purposes

Contact details are used to answer your request and arrange a demo. Traffic measurement tells us which pages are useful and which need fixing. Technical logs keep the site running and secure. No automated decision-making and no profiling is carried out on the data from this site.

Who receives this data

Your data is never sold, rented or handed to third parties. It is processed by QUENTAI and by two technical providers, acting as processors and on our instructions alone: • Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, which hosts this site on its servers in the Paris region • Resend, Inc., which delivers the two emails from the contact form, the notification we receive and the acknowledgement sent to you No other recipient has access to the data from this site. Traffic measurement involves no provider at all: it is hosted on our own server.

Retention periods

• Contact details: three years from the last exchange. • Traffic measurement: thirteen months maximum. • Technical logs: twelve months.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to the processing. Write to dpo@omniscient-app.fr and we answer within a month. You may also complain to the CNIL if our answer doesn't satisfy you.

Cookies and traffic measurement

This site sets no tracking cookie and uses no advertising or third-party tracker. Traffic measurement runs on Plausible, which we host ourselves on our own server. It is served from this domain: your browser contacts no third-party service. It writes neither cookie nor identifier to your device, builds no individual profile, and cannot recognise you from one visit to the next. The resulting statistics are aggregated only. One single piece of information is stored in your browser, and only if you choose it yourself: the language you select, in a cookie named NEXT_LOCALE kept for one year, so the site comes back to you in that language. It is not used to track you, and it falls under the consent exemptions for preferences you express yourself. You can clear it from your browser settings. Since nothing else is stored, this site has no consent banner, and we would rather not put one in your way for nothing.

Transfers outside the European Union

The site and its data are hosted within the European Union, on Amazon Web Services servers in the Paris region. Emails from the contact form are delivered by Resend, Inc., a company established in the United States. Only what you type into that form is concerned, and it serves no purpose other than getting your request to us. The transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. If you would rather avoid it, write to us directly at contact@omniscient-app.fr. Where a customer runs the platform with a language model provider established outside the Union, that point is handled explicitly in the contract, and a fully on-site installation remains available.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. On the platform, secrets are encrypted at rest, access is governed by roles and fine-grained rules, and every action is written to an exportable audit log.
