Tell us what you're stuck on
We build the demo from your real material. The more precisely you describe the case, the more useful the conversation.

Before you write
Do we need to prepare data before the demo?
No, and it is better not to prepare anything in particular. What helps us is your sources as they are, with their inconsistencies and duplicates. A demo on data cleaned up for the occasion would say nothing about what the platform would do at your place. Just describe where your documents live and the question you would like to be able to ask.
Does the demo commit us to anything?
To nothing at all. It is free and carries no obligation. Sometimes the conversation concludes that the need does not warrant the platform, and we say so rather than let a project start badly. A quote only follows if the case makes sense, and it is drawn up on your actual installation.
How long before we see the platform on our data?
The first conversation lasts thirty minutes and serves to understand your sources. The demo that follows is built on your cases. What drives the timeline is not technical, it is the number of sources retained and how clear the business vocabulary is, and a first perimeter is most often limited to three or four sources.
Who should join that conversation?
One person who knows the data and one who owns the need are enough. IT leadership usefully joins as soon as hosting or hooking into your directory comes up, but that is not needed for the first meeting.
